6th Group Attends Saudi Basic Industrial Corporation Train the Trainer

Sabic (Saudi Basic Industrial Corporation) is among the top five biggest petro chemical companies in the world. The Reliability Center of Excellence (RCE) of Sabic embarked a series of training program to train RCE champions how to deliver impactful training programs to staff of all Sabic affiliates.

33 participants comprising of General Managers, managers, executives, superviors, senior technicians and technicians, of Paycomm Group Sdn Bhd underwent a Team Development Programme conducted by Focus Learning. The programme was held at Main Function Room , Pines Resort, Frazer Hill. This group represented the sixth groups out of 17 groups that participated in the programme.

16 participants comprising of superintendants and supervisors of Carsem (M) Sdn Bhd, Ipoh underwent a Module 3 of Leaders Transformation Programme (LTP) conducted by Focus Learning. The programme was held at Federation of Malaysian Manufacturer, Perak in Ipoh. This is the pilot group 2nd of this LTP.

All team members from various division and department are attending the one plus two days training programme from November 2009 onwards. This programme has been designed in a comprehensive manner where all team members will go through phase by phase i.e. development of the programme, classroom training, followed by on-stage coaching, assessment and evaluation, and monitoring of the entire successfulness of the programme.
