- Most organizations have already formulated their respective strategic direction (visions, values, missions, objectives and strategies). Unfortunately, there are still some employees who are unaware of this strategic direction, what more to internalize and support it at their personal level. This program will facilitate employees to realize the importance of supporting their organization’s strategic direction through their daily ‘thinking’ (attitudes) & ‘acting’ (habits) .

- To understand the importance of being a ‘strategic thinker’ and a ‘strategic doer’ in enhancing the quality of life and career
- To understand, internalize and support the organization’s strategic direction : ViVaMOS – Vision, Values, Missions, Objectives & Strategies
- To manage the department/unit/task according to the organization’s strategic direction
- To TACTIC (think and act strategic) at personal, family, career & organization level to achieve high self efficiency and effectiveness
- To influence and facilitate the subordinates/peers to ‘think and act strategic’ in respect of their careers
- To prepare the TACTIC Action Plan at ‘Personal-Career-Unit/Department’ Level
