- Internalization of Shared Values Program is a systematic approach designed to enhance the company’s performance through the ‘people transformation’.
- The corporate and organisation’s vision (ViMOS) will be aligned with its shared-values. A set of working culture (Attitude, Behaviour/ Practices and Competency) will be derived from the shared values.

Program Objectives
- To develop a holistic approach in (a) introducing, (b) managing , (c) monitoring (d) maintaining the shared-value program
- To develop workshop/training module for the shared-values deployment Project (Leading-Managing-Living ISV)
- To ensure the implementation and practices of the shared values through the development of the (a) assessment and (b) auditing Project.
- To communicate SVP through SVP training sessions
