| Program Introduction |
 |
- People remain a core asset that automation nor machine can yet replace. To gain the competitive edge, these critical resources should be developed to its fullest potential systematically and in a structured manner.
- The program looks into diagnosing the performance of (cut off the) employees and underlines the need of coming up with different solutions for individual problems. By familiarizing participants with the tools to diagnose and improve performance or problematic employees, even the most average will begin to improve.
