- To align their work activity towards meeting the boss expectations.
- To check and follow-up if the workers clearly understand the expectations.
- To enhance current competencies-skills as well as learning and mastering new responsibilities.
- To become more effective by working smarter and getting more done in less time; Improve and increase productivity and performance through effective time management.
