- Each leader must take the opportunity to transform his/her ‘group’ into a ‘team’ status. When a ‘group’ has been upgraded into a ‘team’ status, then quality, productivity, and the work environment will significantly improve.
- ‘Team’ can be defined as , two or more individuals who come together to achieve a set of goals – a set of individuals who have a clear vision, are highly motivated, understand and cooperate with each other to achieve a set of goals.
