- Training is everybody’s business! But not many individuals are effective and impactful ‘trainers’.
- The competency to conduct basic training is one of the requirements to an effective training session.
- This program will prepare all participants to be ‘qualified’ in-house trainers through a systematic and comprehensive approach.

| Program Objectives |
- To understand the training concepts, training cycles and the principles of adult learning
- To identify critical training needs and chose appropriate training approach in answering current needs.
- To use a systematic approach to plan and prepare a training session.
- To acquire skills in setting learning objectives, and developing learning contents
- To design a complete and practical training materials & write effective training modules
- To identify and select appropriate training methods and approaches & use the appropriate techniques on having an effective presentation
- To apply teaching strategies to motivate and inspire learners to have a permanent change
