6th Group Attends Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club Service Excellence Programme

All team members from various division and department are attending the one plus two days training programme from November 2009 onwards. This programme has been designed in a comprehensive manner where all team members will go through phase by phase i.e. development of the programme, classroom training, followed by on-stage coaching, assessment and evaluation, and monitoring of the entire successfulness of the programme. | The training was a part of KLGCC cultural transformation programme towards achieving the organisation’s vision and mission. Among the objectives of the programme were for the participants to understand the spirit to serve culture and to implement action plan to support and sustain the new desired culture in KLGCC.
KLGCC is a premier golf and country club located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. With the new refurbishment and upgrading exercise of the Clubhouse and the Golf Course, the guests will experience a warm personalized service at KLGCC.
