Among the objectives of the programme were for participants  to support the organisation’s vision and mission which is designed to enhance the mutual understanding and respect within teams and amongst teams. This programme also encourage the participants to inculcate the sense of pride of team work, build better coordination and cooperation, build better relationship with one another as well as resolve team issues and manage conflict productively.  All participants had underwent indoor and outdoor activities.
