This phase 2.3 is being carried out on daily basis aimed to train the staff of KLGCC in various department to understand the basic courtesy and implement the established service standard to serve the club guests (members). The programme has been designed in a comprehensive manner involving ALL staff of KLGCC to meet the world class service standard.

All Staff will go through phase by phase in class training, followed by on-stage coaching, assessment/evaluation and monitoring of the entire successfulness of the program. 

Conducting the training was Mr Roslan Zain, a consultant with FLC. Puan Shazreen/ Encik Azhan was coordinating the programme.
