From the 26th to the 27th of January 2010, the Institut Latihan Sultan Ahmad Shah (ILSAS), the training & development arm of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) hosted a group of young leaders to participate in the training program entitled ‘Essential Skills for Young Leaders.’  The participants comprised of executives from TNB’s various subsidiaries.

The two days represented the first module of the programme touching on the mindset and personal development. Topics covered included globalisation, the challenges and its effects as well as what it takes to excel in life and at the workplace
