We take pride to offer a special Focus Learning-National Service Excellence Conference, which aims to gather service industry practitioners from renowned organisations to share their experiences in leading and transforming the service excellence culture in their respective organisations.
Participants have the unparalleled opportunity to hear firsthand the issues faced by the industry leaders and their resolutions in building and establishing an organisational service culture par excellence. They will gain insights from the experiences of leading companies within various industries for a greater understanding of how they have successfully resolved the challenges they faced in an increasingly demanding service environment today.
