This practical programme facilitates participants to learn and apply effective tools and techniques to identify and align with their bosses’ preferences, to prioritise their tasks, and to manage their time.

Staff multi-task nowadays and report to multiple or changing bosses / superiors. Thus when staff are not able to determine what each different individual boss wants, problems arise due to misalignment of understanding and expectations – and thus misunderstandings occur.
